2024 Draft: Final Big Board & Player Tiers
The 2024 NBA Draft is upon us, which means it’s time to unveil my final big board. Below, you’ll find my top 60 prospects, broken out into 10 tiers. As always, within a given tier, I view players as somewhat interchangeable, and believe it’s reasonable for teams to sort based on their specific roster needs. Once we jump from one tier to another, that’s when I see the talent gap or future projection as a larger divide, and would thus have a more difficult time rationalizing a reach down the board.
A few notes to keep in mind as you read:
Tiers on my big board may not line up exactly the same as the tiers within my positional rankings (linked below)
As with my positional rankings, these are purely film-based grades, as I don’t have access to character or medical information

FULL TOP 60:
TIER BREAKDOWN:
TIER 1: I’m confident these guys will be above-average NBA starters, and might be a little more
TIER 2: Similar star upside to Tier 1, but it comes with a slightly lower floor
TIER 3: A modicum of star upside, but it’s accompanied by significant weaknesses
TIER 4: I’m reasonably confident that these guys will be useful role players
TIER 5: I’m reasonably confident that these guys will be useful role players, but they require slightly more projection than the players in Tier 4
TIER 6: Really good college players whose games don’t perfectly translate to supporting cast NBA roles
TIER 7: Productive enough to be intriguing, but I have questions about the true NBA utility of their skill sets
TIER 8: At least one of these guys is going to end up better than his ranking, but the risk of total flame-out for each is higher than I’m comfortable with
TIER 9: Developmental dart throws with some upside
TIER 10: Priority two-way contract targets
